2×600MW机组火力发电厂升压站初步设计
摘 要 火力发电厂是电力系统的重要组成部分,也干脆影响整个电力系统的平安与运行。发电厂升压站系统的设计是电力工业建设中必不行少的一个项目。因此,发电厂升压站系统的设计是否合理,对保证连续供电乃至发电厂和电力系统的平安经济运行至关重要。 本设计结合国电哈密发电厂2×600MW超临界空冷机组工程的实际状况,主要阐述全论文说明白各种设备选择的最基本的要求和原则依据。 变压器的选择包括:发电厂主变压器、高压备用变压器及高压厂用变压器的台数、容量、型号等主要技术数据的确定;电气主接线主要介绍了电气主接线的重要性、设计依据、基本要求、各种接线形式的优缺点以及主接线的比较选择,并制定了适合本厂要求的主接线。短路电流计算是最重要的环节,本论文具体的介绍了短路电流计算的目的、假定条件、一般规定、元件参数的计算、以及各短路点的计算等学问;高压电气设备的选择包括母线、高压断路器、隔离开关、电流互感器、电压互感器、高压开关柜的选择原则和要求,并对这些设备进行校验和产品相关介绍。发电厂和变电所的防雷爱护则主要针对避雷针和避雷器的设计。此外,在论文适当的位置还附加了图纸及表格以便利阅读、理解和应用。 通过对电气主接线的设计、厂用电的设计和计算、短路电流的计算、电气设备的选择和校验以及配电装置的设计,简要完成了2×600MW超临界空冷机组的电气升压站的初步设计。 关键词:火力发电厂;电气一次部分;短路电流;电气设备。 Abstract Thermal power plant is an important part of the power system, and also affect the whole power system security and operation.The design of power plant auxiliary power system is an essential project in the electric power industry construction. Therefore,whether the design of power plant auxiliary power system is reasonable, is very important to ensure that load of plant supply electric power continuously, even the safe and economic operation of the Power Plant and the Power System. This design is based on the actual situation of 2 * 600MW super air cooling units of hami power plant, and mainly expounds the basic requirements and principle of the selection of various equipment The selection of the transer are as follows: the power of main transer, high voltage stand-by transer and high voltage plant determination of main technical data of the transer units, capacity, model; the main electrical wiring mainly introduces the main electrical connection of the importance, design basis, basic requirements, various lines of the of advantages and disadvantages and the comparison and selection of main wiring, and to develop the suitable for the factory main wiring. Short-circuit current calculation is the most important link, this paper detailed introduces the short-circuit current calculation, assumed conditions, general provisions, the component parameter calculation, and the short-circuit calculation of knowledge; selection of high voltage electrical equipment including bus, high voltage circuit breaker, isolating leave off, current transer, voltage transer, high voltage switch cabinet selection principles and requirements, and the equipment for verification and production are introduced in this paper. Lightning protection for power plant and substation is mainly for the design of lightning rod and arrest. In addition, the appropriate location of the paper is also attached to the drawings and s to facilitate reading, understanding and application. Through design and computation of the main electrical wiring and the auxiliary power system, short-circuit current computation, electrical equipment choice and verification as well as power distribution equipment, this article briefly completed 2×600MW super air-cooling units electrical partial designs.
