精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 ABS用抗氧剂乳液的制备及凝聚工艺讨论开题报告 摘要 ABS塑料是一种非常常见的工程塑料,但由于其易受热氧化的特性,导致其性能下降和使用寿命缩短。抗氧剂是改善塑料热稳定性的重要添加剂之一,然而,抗氧剂的添加会影响ABS塑料的加工性能和力学性能。本讨论旨在制备一种用于ABS塑料的抗氧剂乳液,并讨论其在ABS塑料中的添加量以及对其加工和力学性能的影响。 首先,选取常用的抗氧剂为原料,采纳乳化剂乳化的方法制备抗氧剂乳液,并对其进行表征。然后,将抗氧剂乳液添加到ABS塑料中,通过实验讨论不同抗氧剂乳液添加量对ABS塑料加工性能和力学性能的影响。最后,采纳方法对加入抗氧剂乳液的ABS塑料进行凝聚,并对其进行性能测试。 本讨论的结果表明,抗氧剂乳液能够有效改善ABS塑料的热稳定性和延长其使用寿命,但其添加量应适量,否则会对ABS塑料的加工性能和力学性能产生不利影响。通过凝聚工艺的优化,可以得到具有较好性能的抗氧剂乳液改性ABS塑料。 关键词:ABS塑料;抗氧剂乳液;加工性能;力学性能;凝聚工艺 Abstract ABS plastic is a commonly used engineering plastic, but its thermal oxidation susceptibility leads to a decrease in its perance and a shortened service life. Antioxidants are important additives to improve the thermal stability of plastics, however, the addition of antioxidants affects the processing and mechanical properties of ABS plastic. This study aims to prepare an antioxidant emulsion for ABS plastic and investigate its addition amount and effects on processing and mechanical properties. Firstly, common antioxidants are selected as raw materials. Antioxidant emulsions are prepared by emulsifying agents and characterized. Then, the antioxidant emulsion is added to ABS plastic, and the effects of different amounts of antioxidant emulsion on the processing and mechanical properties of ABS plastic are studied through experiments. Finally, the ABS plastic modified by the antioxidant emulsion is coagulated by a and its perance is tested. The results of this study show that the antioxidant emulsion can effectively improve the thermal stability of ABS plastic and extend its service life, but its addition amount should be moderate, otherwise it will have adverse effects on the processing and mechanical properties of ABS plastic. Through the optimization of coagulation process, ABS plastic modified by antioxidant emulsion with good perance can be obtained.
