本科毕业论文(设计) (题目:六安某公司新建单层钢结构厂房) 本科毕业论文(设计)独创承诺书 本人按照毕业论文(设计)进度计划积极开展实验(调查)研究活动,实事求是地做好实验(调查)记录,所呈交的毕业论文(设计)是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我所知,除文中特别加以标注引用参考文献资料外,论文(设计)中所有数据均为自己研究成果,不包含其别人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。与我一同工作的同志对本研究所做的工作已在论文中作了明确说明并表达谢意。 毕业论文(设计)作者署名: 日期: 摘 要 本工程为六安某公司新建单层钢结构厂房。采用轻型门式刚架体系,轻型钢结构建筑质量轻,强度高,跨度大。钢结构建筑施工工期短,相应减少投资成本,经济实惠。 本设计就是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。重要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合,在此基础上拟定梁柱截面,对梁柱作了弯剪压计算,验算其平面内外的稳定性;梁柱均采用Q235 钢,10.9 级摩擦型高强螺栓连接,局部焊接采用 E43 型焊条,柱脚刚性连接,梁与柱节点也刚性连接;屋面和墙面维护采用双层彩色聚苯乙烯夹芯板;此外特别注重了支撑设立、拉条设立,避免了一些常见的拉条设计错误。 本次设计图纸部分有:厂房平面图,立面剖面及节点详图,刚架施工图,厂房檩条布置图,吊车梁施工图,支撑布置图,基础平面布置图。 关键词: 门式刚架;轻型钢结构;内力分析;节点 Abstract This works for a company in Lu an new steel structure Single-layer workshop. The use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, large-span, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits. This design is to proceeds the building, construction design to the structural and actual engineering in light steel and calculation. The tractate includes internal force analyzes and combines, based on these analyses; can choose the section of beamand columniation. Next, checking computations of stability calculation of plane structure. The steel beam and column employs Q235 carbon structural steel. Connection bolts are high strength bolt of friction type with behavioral grade 10.9. Common bolts are rough type made by Q235B steel. Rod for manual welding usually adopts E43. Rigid connections apply to the column leg and the connection of column and beam adopts hinged connection. The metope and roofage adopts the double of the decked colored polystyrene clamps the circuit board. Otherwise, it is analyzed that the forced state of the bracing system for a steel factor building under wind load, the design of a bracing truss for a building with larger width. Avoid some errors in design of brace, tension rod, and tension rod joints. The design drawings are as follows: plant floor plan, Node elevation profiles and detailed, Frame Construction ,wall-beam purlin plant layout map, construction of crane beam map, support layout map, foundation plan .
