The aim of this study is to investigate the role of Sorcin gene in cell resistance and its mechanism through the study of K562/A02 cells. Through literature review, we found that Sorcin gene is involved in the regulation of multidrug resistance to platinum and paclitaxel chemotherapy drugs, and its expression level is related to genes involved in cell apoptosis, cell cycle, and other signaling pathways in multidrug resistance. Therefore, we plan to further explore the relationship between Sorcin gene expression and multidrug resistance, and analyze whether it affects cell apoptosis, cell cycle, and autophagy signaling pathways. Finally, we hope to deepen our understanding of the mechanism of Sorcin gene in cell resistance, providing new ideas and targets for its treatment.
