35Kv变电站二次电气部分设计
摘要 变电站二次部分设计是变电站设计中必不行少的环节,变电站的二次部分包括测量仪表、信号系统、继电爱护、自动装置和远动装置,为能实现对全站的主设备,输、配电线路的自动监视、测量、限制和微机爱护以及调度通信的综合性的自动化二次系统。合理的方案设计和整定计算对保证变电站平安、稳定、牢靠的运行起着特别重要的作用。 本设计是依据平煤八矿35kv变电站改造工程的技术要求,结合其一次部分设计的实际状况,设计出的一套符合要求的爱护配置方案。设计的主要内容是对35kv变电所一次部分进行相应的继电爱护设计和二次回路初步设计。其中主要包括:主变压器的爱护方案设计及整定计算;母线爱护的配置与整定计算;断路器、隔离开关的限制及操作回路设计;互感器的配置与接线设计;信号回路设计等。 依据变电站一次部分设计的特点和要求,对其变压器、母线等一次设备的选型和接线方式进行分析,最终采纳南瑞继保公司生产的爱护设备。如变压器的爱护配置选用的型号为RCS-9679变压器爱护装置,该爱护装置集变压器主爱护、后备爱护、非电气量爱护为一体的综合自动化爱护装置,且完全满意35kv电压等级的变电站设计的须要。 关键词:变电站,微机爱护,整定计算,二次系统 Abstract The two part of the design of substation substation design is the essential link in substation, two part is included for measuring instrument, signal system, relay protection, automatic device for telecontrol device development to achieve the station s main equipment and transmission, distribution line automatic monitoring, measurement, automatic control and microcomputer protection and scheduling communication of integrated automation system for two times. Reasonable design and setting calculation of transer substation to ensure safe, stable, reliable operation plays a very important role. This design according to the coal mine eight 35kV substation project technical requirements, combined with the actual situation of a part design, design a set of compliance with the requirements of the protection configuration scheme. Design of the main elements of the35kV substation is a part of the corresponding design of relay protection and two loop preliminary design. Which mainly include : main transer protection scheme and setting calculation; bus protection configuration and setting calculation of circuit breaker, isolating switch; the control and operation of circuit design; transer configuration and wiring design; signal circuit design. On the basis of a substation part of the design requirements and the characteristics of the transer, bus, etc. once the selection of equipment and wiring mode analysis, eventually adopting NARI-RELAYS is the production of the protective equipment. Such as the transer protection configuration selection of models for the RCS-9679protection device of transer, the protective device set transer main protection, back-up protection, non electricity protection as one of the integrated automatic protection device, and fully meet the35kV voltage transer substation design needs.
