精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 90后大学生人格特质和创业意向的关系讨论——以自我认同感为调节变量的开题报告 摘要 本文旨在探讨90后大学生的人格特质(外向/内向、神经质、开放性、宜人性、尽责性)与创业意向之间的关系,并探究自我认同感在两者之间的调节作用。为实现以上目标,采纳问卷调查的方法,以大学生为讨论对象,使用SPSS对数据进行分析。讨论发现,与创业者相比,学生的人格特质表现出明显的差异,学生具有更高的外向性、开放性、宜人性和尽责性,而神经质较低。此外,人格特质与创业意向之间存在显著的关系,除了神经质之外,其他四个特质都与创业意向呈正相关。最后,自我认同感在外向性、宜人性和尽责性与创业意向之间起到了部分调节作用。 关键词:90后大学生、人格特质、创业意向、自我认同感 Abstract This paper aims to investigate the relationship between personality traits (extraversion/introversion, neuroticism, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness) and entrepreneurial intentions among 90s college students, and explore the moderating effect of self-identity on the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions. To achieve these goals, a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students, and SPSS was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there were significant differences in personality traits between students and entrepreneurs. Students exhibited higher levels of extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness, and lower levels of neuroticism. In addition, there was a significant relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions, except for neuroticism, all four traits were positively correlated with entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, self-identity played a partial moderating role in the relationship between extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and entrepreneurial intentions.
