Heat treatment engineering is an indispensable part of J company s production process, and its cost management is directly related to the company s investment return and production efficiency. This paper conducts research on the cost management s, cost control techniques, and cost monitoring system construction of heat treatment engineering, and proposes a series of solutions. This paper first introduces the basic concepts and functions of heat treatment engineering, and then analyzes the problems and shortcomings of J company in cost management of heat treatment engineering. In response to these problems, this paper proposes a series of solutions, including developing a scientific and rational cost management plan, implementing full-process cost control, and establishing a cost monitoring system. This paper also introduces some modern cost management s and techniques, such as cost forecasting, cost control, and profit center system, and proposes corresponding application suggestions.
