It has become an important means for modern enterprises to achieve digital transation and enhance core competitiveness. This study aims to explore the s and strategies of project schedule control management for IT outsourcing projects, and further enhance the management ability of enterprises in implementing project schedules, thereby achieving improvement in project quality and schedules. This study will first develop a deep understanding of the concepts and characteristics of IT outsourcing projects, and analyze the basic issues and influencing factors of project schedule control, including contract signing, personnel allocation, and risk management. Based on this, this study will combine project management theory and practical experience to propose a set of IT outsourcing project schedule control strategies based on stage goal management, including goal planning, project segmentation, and setting and uation of stage goals. Finally, this study will verify the proposed schedule control strategies through case analysis, thereby further perfecting and optimizing s and practices.
