The research adopts s such as field investigation, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling. Starting from the supply chain of Yangtze River marine fuel, the research analyzes the current logistics status, inventory status and cost of CR, and found that CR currently has problems such as excessive inventory and high logistics costs. To solve these problems, this study proposes a series of optimization strategies, including optimizing the supply chain, implementing timed and point-to-point delivery, establishing effective inventory management system, etc. Finally, based on the model analysis, specific recommendations are made on how to implement these strategies.
