精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 CO2倍增对三种石斛光合特性的影响的开题报告 【摘要】 石斛是一种药用植物,其主要有效成分是多糖类和黄酮类化合物,被广泛用于中药。CO2是光合作用的重要物质之一,随着大气中CO2浓度增加,对植物的光合作用会产生影响。本讨论旨在探究CO2浓度对三种石斛光合特性的影响。讨论结果显示,随着CO2浓度的增加,石斛的光合速率、净光合速率和水分利用效率均有所提高。但是,不同的石斛品种对CO2浓度的响应存在差异。其中,白石斛对CO2浓度的响应最为敏感,黄石斛次之,黑石斛响应最弱。 【关键词】石斛;CO2浓度;光合速率;水分利用效率;品种差异 【Abstract】 Dendrobium is a medicinal plant, whose main active ingredients are polysaccharides and flavonoids, and is widely used in Chinese medicine. CO2 is one of the important substances involved in photosynthesis, and with the increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration, it can affect the photosynthesis of plants. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of CO2 concentration on the photosynthetic characteristics of three species of Dendrobium. The results showed that with the increase of CO2 concentration, the photosynthetic rate, net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of Dendrobium were all improved. However, different species of Dendrobium showed different responses to CO2 concentration. Among them, D. candidum was the most sensitive to CO2 concentration, followed by D. nobile, and D. chrysotoxum showed the weakest response. 【Keywords】Dendrobium; CO2 concentration; photosynthetic rate; water use efficiency; species difference
