Among them, purple soil and alluvial soil are two important land resources in southern China. This paper aims to study the influence of Cd on the diversity of microorganisms in purple soil and alluvial soil. Research s: Under laboratory conditions, purple soil and alluvial soil samples were selected and Cd solutions of different concentrations were added for cultivation, and the diversity and quantity characteristics of soil microorganisms were analyzed. The influence of Cd on the diversity of microorganisms in purple soil and alluvial soil was discussed separately. Expected results: It is expected that the experimental results will find that the influence of Cd on the diversity of microorganisms in purple soil and alluvial soil is significant. The addition of Cd will lead to a significant decrease in the number of soil microorganisms, a decrease in microbial species diversity, and a change in the microbial community structure, and the degree of Cd influence at different concentrations is also different.
