BC Company, as an emerging enterprise, is also constantly pushing forward its project management to improve its operational efficiency and competitiveness. This paper mainly focuses on the project management system of BC Company, and analyzes and summarizes the construction and promotion of project management system. The research found that the project management system of BC Company has initially taken shape, but there are still some problems, such as incomplete management system and unclear work process. In order to further improve the efficiency and quality of BC Company s project management system, this paper puts forward some suggestions, including improving management system, improving the quality and ability of project management personnel, and strengthening project management monitoring and control.
