This paper uses ultrasonic chemical synthesis to prepare TiB2/AZ91D composite material and study its microstructure and properties. The optimal preparation process is obtained by experiments, and the mechanical properties, thermal properties and microstructure of the composite material are measured and analyzed, and the relationship between properties and microstructure is analyzed. The results show that the TiB2/AZ91D composite material prepared by ultrasonic chemical synthesis has high strength, hardness and wear resistance, and can be applied in the industrial field.
