精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 20世纪90年代以来新加坡高等教育国际化探析的开题报告 摘要： 本论文探讨了新加坡在20世纪90年代以来高等教育国际化的进程。通过分析新加坡法律、政策和国家战略中的国际化目标，以及实践中的高等教育国际化行动，探究了其在国际化高等教育方面的成功经验与面临的挑战。讨论表明，新加坡高等教育国际化取得了显著的成就，主要得益于政府的强力投资和支持、高等教育体系的有效管理与优秀品质、国际化课程的开展等因素。然而，新加坡高等教育国际化依旧存在着一系列问题，如招生限制、校内文化之间的冲突、境外学生适应问题等等。因此，新加坡需要在国际化进程中更加灵活地处理各种问题，并加强与各国高等教育机构的合作和沟通。 关键词：新加坡、高等教育、国际化、政策、挑战 Abstract: This paper explores the process of internationalization of higher education in Singapore since the 1990s. By analyzing the internationalization goals in Singapore s laws, policies, and national strategies, as well as the practical actions taken in internationalizing higher education, the paper examines the successful experiences and challenges faced in internationalizing higher education. The study showed that Singapore has achieved significant success in internationalizing higher education, mainly due to the strong investment and support from the government, effective management and excellent quality of the higher education system, and the development of internationalized curricula. However, there are still a number of issues in Singapore s internationalization of higher education, such as admission restrictions, conflicts among campus cultures, and problems faced by overseas students. Therefore, Singapore needs to be more flexible in dealing with various issues in the internationalization process and strengthen cooperation and communication with various higher education institutions in other countries.
