汽车密封条C6工位工序动作平衡与仿真 摘 要 本文是对北京万源瀚德汽车密封系统长春分公司audiC6工位的实 习考察的根底上,获取原始资料,在排好各工艺流程内容的根底之上,运用模特 法对生产线每个工位的操作动作进行分析,以确定各操作单元的操作时间。同时, 根据实际情况确定出生产线的节拍,结合操作时间和节拍确定生产线平衡率.通 过对生产线进行平衡并利用“5W1H〞提问法以及“ECRS〞原那么对生产线进行适当的 改进并完成C6工位工序动作平衡的设计任务。本文利用Flexsim这一软件工具 对C6工位的运行过程进行了仿真,找出了在生产线运行过程中出现的阻塞和等 待问题并对此进行了分析. 关键词生产线平衡,MOD,仿真,节拍 Abstract ThisarticleisHaldexBeijingWanYuanChangchunAutomotiveSealingSystems Co.,Ltd.BranchaudiC6inspectionstationonthebasisoftheinternshiptoobtainthe originalinationcontentinthelineuponthebasisoftheprocess,theuseof modellawsontheproductionlineforeachworkbitoperatingmovementswere analyzedtodeterminetheoperatingunitsoperatingtime.Meanwhile,accordingto theactualsituationtodeterminetheproductionlinetothebeat,combinedwith operatingtimeandbeattodeterminelinebalancerate,throughtheproductionlinesto balanceanduseof5W1Hquestionslaw,andECRSprincipleofproduction appropriatetoimproveandcompletetheC6-positionprocessActionbalanceddesign tasks.Inthispaper,thesoftwaretoolFlexsimC6-positionofrunningthesimulation, identifiedduringtheoperationoftheproductionlineblockingandwaitingfor problemstooccur,andthisisanalyzed.
