In the past few decades, more and more research has shown that the ACTC1 gene is associated with congenital heart disease. Since the critical function of cardiac muscle tissue is influenced by the ACTC1 gene, variations in this gene may lead to the occurrence and development of heart disease. This article aims to explore the research on the correlation between the ACTC1 gene and congenital heart disease, as well as its mechanism of action, in order to reveal the role of the ACTC1 gene in the occurrence and development of congenital heart disease.
