精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 85例原发胃淋巴瘤的临床特征与预后分析开题报告 【摘要】 目的对85例原发胃淋巴瘤的临床特征和预后进行分析讨论，建立合理的治疗方案和提高预后。 方法回顾性分析85例原发胃淋巴瘤患者的临床资料，包括年龄、性别、症状、病理类型、治疗方案、治疗效果、预后等，对其进行统计学分析。 结果本组病例中男女比例为1.91，年龄介于24～75岁之间，以胃幽门前区和贲门为最多见。病理类型以弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤最常见，其次为边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤。60例患者接受化疗，20例接受手术和放疗，5例行胃镜下黏膜下剥离切除术。治疗后完全缓解率为76.47（65例），部分缓解12.94（11例），无反应10.59（9例）。中位随访时间为32.5个月，3年生存率为67.05，5年生存率为64.70。 结论原发胃淋巴瘤临床表现多样，病理类型以弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤最常见。综合多种治疗手段，可达到较好的治疗效果和预后。定期随访、积极治疗和生活方式改变等手段可提高预后。 【关键词】原发胃淋巴瘤；临床特征；预后 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features and prognosis of 85 cases of primary gastric lymphoma, establish reasonable treatment plan, and improve prognosis. s Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 85 cases of primary gastric lymphoma patients, including age, gender, symptoms, pathological type, treatment plan, treatment effectiveness, prognosis, etc., was analyzed by statistical analysis. Results The male-to-female ratio was 1.91, and the age range was between 24 and 75 years old. The most common location was the gastric cardia and pylorus. The most common pathological type was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, followed by marginal zone B-cell lymphoma. Sixty patients received chemotherapy, 20 received surgery and radiotherapy, and 5 underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection. The complete remission rate after treatment was 76.47 65 cases, partial remission rate was 12.94 11 cases, and no response rate was 10.59 9 cases. The median follow-up duration was 32.5 months, and the 3-year survival rate was 67.05, and the 5-year survival rate was 64.70. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of primary gastric lymphoma are diverse, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common pathological type. With the comprehensive use of various treatment s, good treatment effects and prognosis can be achieved.
