精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 A356合金微触变成形及其超声振动辅助机理讨论的开题报告 摘要 微触变成形(MFT)是一种适用于金属形变的先进加工方法,具有高效、精密、节能等优点,已经在各种金属材料的加工中得到广泛应用。本文以A356铝合金为讨论对象,通过实验讨论的方法探究A356铝合金的MFT成形特性及超声振动对其成形性能的影响。同时,还将通过对超声振动机理的分析和讨论,深化探究超声振动在MFT过程中的作用机理,以期为A356铝合金的MFT成形提供科学的理论依据。 关键词A356铝合金,微触变成形,超声振动,机理讨论 Abstract Microing technique MFT is an advanced metal ing applied in manufacturing industry, which features high efficiency, precision, and energy saving. It has been widely used in metal ing, and in this report, we chose A356 aluminum alloy to investigate its ing characteristics and the effects of ultrasonic vibration on its microing behavior. In addition, we study the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration on MFT process to provide scientific theoretical basis for the A356 aluminum alloy microing.
