Objectives To carry out a structural analysis of the 850 tractor chassis assembly components. To identify areas of the structural components that can be improved for greater lightweight application. To design and develop lightweight structural components that are stronger and more efficient for the 850 tractor. To uate the perance of the improved lightweight structural components and compare them with the existing components. ology The study will involve a combination of primary and secondary data collection s. The primary data collection will involve field observations and measurements of the structural components of the 850 tractor. The collected data will then be used to create a 3D model of the tractor chassis assembly using computer-aided design CAD software. The 3D model will be used to per a finite element analysis FEA of the structural components to uate their strength, stiffness, and durability. The results from the FEA simulation will guide the design and development of the lightweight components. The improved components will be tested under simulated working conditions to uate their perance and compared with the existing components. Expected Outcome The outcome of the study will be lightweight structural components that are stronger and more efficient than the existing components, without compromising the perance of the 850 tractor. The study is expected to provide valuable insights into the design and development of lightweight structural components for tractors and similar agricultural vehicles. The findings of the study will be useful for the agricultural industry in optimizing the perance and reducing the operating costs of tractors.
