精品文档---下载后可任意编辑 49例结直肠间质瘤诊治的回顾性分析开题报告 【摘要】目的回顾性分析49例结直肠间质瘤的临床特点、治疗方法及预后，探讨其诊治进展，提高诊断准确性和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年12月本院49例结直肠间质瘤患者的临床及病理资料，包括性别、年龄、临床症状、影像学表现、术前和术后相关指标等。结果本组患者男21例，女28例，平均年龄54岁。术前绝大多数患者（81.6）无症状或轻微不适，仅有少数出现腹痛、腹泻等症状。全部患者均接受手术治疗，其中开腹手术44例，腔镜手术5例。术后病理诊断为结直肠间质瘤，其中低度恶性25例、中度恶性14例、高度恶性10例。术后随访结果显示39例患者无复发或转移，1例肝脏转移，死亡率为4.1。结论结直肠间质瘤以无症状或轻微不适为主要表现，手术治疗是主要的治疗手段，随访结果表明手术治疗是有效的，但需加强术后随访和维持治疗的法律规范化。 【关键词】结直肠间质瘤；临床表现；手术治疗；预后 【Abstract】Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical features, treatment s and prognosis of 49 cases of colorectal gastrointestinal tumors, and to explore the progress of diagnosis and treatment to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment. s The clinical and pathological data of 49 patients with colorectal gastrointestinal tumors in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were analyzed retrospectively, including gender, age, clinical symptoms, imaging findings, preoperative and postoperative indicators. Results In this group, there were 21 men and 28 women, with an average age of 54 years. Most of the patients 81.6 had no symptoms or only mild discomfort before surgery, and only a few had symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea. All patients underwent surgical treatment, including open surgery in 44 cases and laparoscopic surgery in 5 cases. Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed that there were 25 cases of low-grade malignancy, 14 cases of moderate-grade malignancy, and 10 cases of high-grade malignancy. The follow-up results after surgery showed that 39 patients had no recurrence or metastasis, 1 case had liver metastasis, and the mortality rate was 4.1. Conclusion Colorectal gastrointestinal tumors are mainly manifested as no symptoms or only mild discomfort. Surgical treatment is the main treatment . The follow-up results show that surgical treatment is effective, but postoperative follow-up and maintenance treatment need to be strengthened. 【Key words】Colorectal gastrointestinal tumors; Clinical manifestations; Surgical treatment; Prognosis.
