The podium of the main building has four layers,five to thirty layers for shifts building,five to twenty-six layers for office building.The height of the aerial parts of the building is 99.45 meters, and the height of the underground part of the building is 99.45 meters. Underground section is divided into three floors, there are garage and cafeteria in it.The building covers an area of 6000 square meters,the total construction area is 97566 square meter.It is type one high- rise building.The design mainly includes thewater supply system, drainage system, rainwater system, hot water supply system, fire hydrant water supply system and automatic sprinkler system. Feedwater is supplied jointly by the pool, pump and tank in water supply system. The system is divided into four regions, of which the region I is underground 3 to 4 floor, The shifts building’sregion II is 5 to 14 floor, region III is 15 to 24 floor, region IV is 25 to 30 floor. The office building’s region II is 5 to 13 floor, region III is 14 to 19 floor, region IV is 20 to 26 floor. Region I is supplied by the municipal water directly. region II, III, IV use high water tank to relax the pressure. Sewage and waste interflow system is used in drainage option,and kitchen sewage collected separately flows to the municipal sewage pipe network after it goes through grease trap. Rainwater system uses internal drainage system. Fire protection system includes fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system, using temporary high pressure water supply system, and water to extinguish fire is supplied by the roof water tank in the initial 10 minutes, and then provided by the pump . Hot water supply system adopts full cycle mode, and water heater is placed in the basement.
