辽宁省县域经济的发展现状及对策研究

摘要 县域经济的是国民经济的不可缺少的一部分,大力发展县域经济可以更好的是科学发展 观这一概念得到发挥，更好的统筹辽宁省城镇和乡村的和谐发展，落实好解决农村、农业、 农民这“三农”问题，为建设社会主义新农村创造新的面貌。 县域经济的发展是促进辽宁省经济发展的重要成分，在全省经济中占据着重要的地位， 在最近几年的时间里，辽宁省县域经济的总的发展水平是处于上升阶段的，但是它的综合经 济实力不是非常的强，其经济总含量较小，县域发展的速度较为缓慢，至今并没有达到百强 县的经济实力，综合实力远远不够。 本文从最基本的认识县域经济概念出发，通过在现今辽宁省县域经济的所处的背景下， 综合全面地认识到县域经济发展过程所处的发展现状，就在发展过程中存在的问题进行理论 分析，并就存在的问题提出相应的中解决措施及建议。 关键词县域经济、发展现状、解决措施 Abstract County economy is an indispensable part of national economy, vigorously develop the county economy can be better is the concept of the scientific outlook on development, a better plan as a whole the harmonious development of town and country, Liaoning province, implement good solve rural, agriculture, farmers, the problem of \ agriculture, rural areas and farmers\, for the construction of new socialist countryside to create a new face in due course.
