固体超强酸催化水解12环氧环己烷制备反式12环己二醇的探讨 关键词 1，2．环氧环己烷，反式-l，2环己二醇，固体超强酸，汽液平衡，Wilson 方程 ll Abstract Study on preparing Trans-l,2-cyclohexanediol from 1．2Cyclohne Oxide with Solid Superacidsis one of subjects 如 nded by Henan Outstanding Person Foundation ， which were carried out according to the actual process of Nylon 66 Company，Shen Ma Bloc,Ping Ding Shah,China． In this paper,we have discussed the hydrolyzing reaction which made trans-1 ． 2-cyclohexanediol from 1 ， 2-cyclohne oxide ， and found the downstream products of 1，2 一 cyclohne oxide．Solid supcracid catalyst which was fit for the hydrolyzing reaction had produccd and replaced the traditional№uid acid catalyst．At the same time，we made some token for the solid superacid catalyst,and seen about the synthcSis of the hydrolyzing reaction in which the technology operation is a green process because it is easier operation，no harmful to ones health and no waste in this process．The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of binary system for 1，2一 dichioroethane1 ， 2 一 cyclohne oxide was measIlred under normal pressure．Also we supplied basic data for the industrialized manufacture of 1，2 一cyclohne oxide． The catalytic efficiency of different kinds of solid superacid for the hydrolyzing reaction was reviewed by means of the Orthogonal Design and the Single-FactorExperiment ．And the optimum condition for 也 e s04Z-[‘ri02 solid superaeid which were fit for the hydrolyzing reaction was confirmed，such as the concentration of H2S04 was 1．00mol／t,the desiccation temperature was 100℃，the calcinations temperature was 450500quot;C，and the calcinations time was 2 hours． The optimum hydrolyzing conditions which made 拄 ans 一1．2eyclohexanediol from 1，2cyclohne oxide were investigated by scientific experimental ． The kind of catalyst was S04。 门 ri02 solid superacid，catalyst dosage was 0．35％， reaction temperature was502℃，reaction time was 45 minutes，nC6H100 nH20 1 30．Un... 1 / 2
