Funded project 12th 5-year plan of Guangxi science of education, one of the research findings in the special issue “Research on the Establishment of Financial Management System in Colleges and Universities” Grant No. 2013ZCW022 of 2013 Guangxi educational financial management research. 1.Introduction Currently, the computerization of accounting has been widely achieved in most of Guangxi colleges and universities. But services of reimbursement, student charges, wages management still put pressure on the staff. Because of the imperfect ination system of financial management in colleges and universities, the application of computer is still limited as the substitute for manual accounting to record daily data and generate report s, which is still far from handling decisions, manipulation and analysis by ination financial management. Therefore, improving the function of financial management system in colleges and universities to achieve intelligent financial management is currently an important issue. 2.Analysis on financial management system in Guangxi colleges and universities 2.1. Processing procedure of financial department in Guangxi colleges and universities The first of all in traditional financial accounting is collecting original data, which will be the accounting basis for the staff. Auditing data is the next process, which is important in traditional financial accounting. Under the traditional financial management system, typing ination of reimbursement is very complicated. Especially for those who provide huge amount of bills, they have to wait long because the staffs have to spend almost all their time on checking bills and reimbursement numbers, which leads to complaints.
